Vietnam veteran, Bill Roscoe, who also serves as CEO for the Boise Rescue Mission, will join the advisory board for Rick Hogaboam as he seeks to find ways to assist and encourage the veteran and military community.
Rick Hogaboam, “Rev. Bill Roscoe has done a tremendous job as CEO for the Boise Rescue Mission. One of the things I’ve really appreciated is his concern for the veteran community. As a veteran, himself, he’s aware of the unique challenges that many who’ve served face. We have a tremendous community that already does so much to support those who’ve served, but I believe even more can be done, especially for those who need specialized support and assistance. My grandpa served in WWII. My dad and uncle served in Vietnam. My brother served in the Navy during the war on terror. I’m absolutely committed to seeing Nampa grow as the best city for veterans to live in. Rev. Roscoe will be a huge asset as we brainstorm ways to better serve our military community. If there are other veterans out there with ideas, get in contact with me.”
